Ode to a Nightingale was one of his furthest poems ahead he died. In this poem , themes of death, mortality, immortality, and the realities of life are reiterated. In the first stanza, the loudspeaker is in a depressed and a happy musical mode. This is sheer from the expression that the speaker uses in the first two lines of the poem My plaza aches, and a drowsy numbness pains. Within the last lines of the stanza, the writers mood changes to a happy mood. He repeats words such as happy and mentions some of natures beauties to show a feeling of triumph and happiness. From the stanza, it is evident that pleasure can be passing wicked that it causes pain. The speaker uses a parody to build the aureole of the stanza.
